Lawful instructions
Clients must not request unlawful activity, misappropriation, impersonation, unauthorised system access, undisclosed third-party licence violations or fabricated scientific evidence.
Staff and customer conduct
Users must be respectful, accurate and authorised. The Company may suspend high-risk access while preserving lawful claims and evidence, applying proportionate and documented steps.
Security
Probing or exploiting another user's data, payment manipulation, malicious files and bypassing project permission boundaries are prohibited.
