Scope and identity
Nil Prithibi Technology Private Limited is responsible for personal information used in NPTR's own account, enquiry, payment and commercial processes, subject to separate controller/processor allocations in client contracts. Company contact particulars must be completed before operational publication.
Information processed
Possible records include business names and contact details, authentication and access metadata, invoices, payment references, enquiries, private project correspondence, authorised share links, consent decisions, security events and audit records. NPTR does not collect a client's card credentials or UPI PIN.
Purposes
Processing supports enquiry response, account administration, performance of services, payment and tax compliance, secure delivery, incident detection and legal obligations. Public use of client identity, research figures or results requires separately recorded permissions.
Sharing and security
Only authorised staff and contracted processors such as hosting, mail and storage providers may receive necessary information, subject to documented access controls. Privileged MFA, encryption in transit, restricted storage and audit trails are safeguards but cannot eliminate all risk.
Rights, retention and regulatory changes
Subject to applicable Indian law and valid exemptions, persons may seek applicable access, correction, grievance and erasure handling. The Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and Rules, 2025 have staggered commencement under notifications of November 2025; substantive notice, security and rights obligations taking effect in May 2027 must be implemented by their applicable dates, while provisions already in force remain applicable. This policy does not claim that all provisions currently operate. Statutory finance and legal records may outlast an account-deletion request, with an explanation of the applicable exception.
To raise a question or dispute, refer to Grievances and Complaints. Nothing on this page removes rights under applicable law.
