Contracting entity
NPT Research is a division of Nil Prithibi Technology Private Limited (the Company), not a separate legal entity. Browsing this site does not create a professional engagement. A binding engagement requires an approved quotation, written scope and acceptance under the applicable contracting process.
Account responsibilities
Users must provide accurate information, use only authorised access, protect credentials and ensure a representative accepting commercial terms has authority to bind the client organisation. Access to another client's research, invoices or project materials is prohibited.
Service representations
Public prices, deadlines and descriptions are indicative unless incorporated into the signed Statement of Work (SOW). The Company may decline unlawful, unsafe, infringing or technically inappropriate requests.
Rights and disputes
Nothing here excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Indian law applies subject to mandatory jurisdictional and consumer rights; project-specific dispute arrangements require an agreed services contract. If the site is treated as an e-commerce entity for a given transaction, applicable Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules must be met. The September 2026 amendments have a notified commencement of 1 January 2027; they must not be described as already effective in October 2026.
