Protected information
Unpublished designs, specifications, data, manuscripts, algorithms, patents, prices, correspondence and commercially sensitive research are treated as confidential where disclosed under a reasonable duty of confidence.
Limited use and access
Access is for named authorised personnel and approved contractors solely to perform the SOW. Client information must not be used in a different client's engagement, public portfolio or external model training without appropriate separate permission.
Restricted source links
Clients provide restricted Google Drive or OneDrive folders, not passwords or public links. Permissions should be minimised and revoked after the legitimate processing purpose ends.
Exclusions and survival
Customary exceptions may include lawfully public information, legitimate prior possession and independent development. Required legal disclosures should be limited and communicated when lawful. Confidentiality obligations survive as specified by the NDA or accepted agreement.
