Confirmed start date
The standard start is at least one calendar month following verified advance receipt. Urgent work requires a separately approved earlier date and disclosed surcharge. Scheduled start, actual start and delivery due are distinct records.
Acceptance criteria
Work is assessed against the accepted SOW's models, documentation, calculations, validation criteria, formats and explicit assumptions. The client may report material deviations for documented review and correction.
Secure deliverables
Only authorised NPT personnel may release versioned, integrity-checked and malware-scanned private final files. Client research originals are not automatically published or copied into public portfolio assets.
Download period
The current delivery design offers 90 days of initial access followed by up to 180 additional days of controlled recovery, subject to contract, legal hold and required records.
