Simulation and digital twin results depend on models, input fidelity, boundary conditions, validation evidence and software configuration. The SOW must describe relevant limits and expected checks.
Safety and regulated fields
Unless explicitly agreed and performed by appropriately qualified professionals, deliverables do not substitute for certified safety review, clinical approval, regulatory authorisation or independent real-world validation.
Outcome qualification
Patent grants, journal acceptance, external funding, scientific novelty or a desired hypothesis cannot be guaranteed merely by commissioning research. Explicit contracted deliverables and non-delivery remedies remain enforceable.
