NPT RESEARCH / COMMERCIAL
Payment, Advance Billing & Reconciliation
Nil Prithibi Technology Private Limited · Version 2026-10-26-legal-review-2
Beneficiary and methods
Payments are made only to verified company beneficiary details for Nil Prithibi Technology Private Limited. Initially NPTR accepts approved SBI NEFT/RTGS/IMPS instructions and an authorised SBI merchant UPI QR if activated. No personal employee account may receive company fees.
Advance collection
100% of an accepted project's payable balance is collected before work begins. The client should provide the specified invoice reference. A QR code or transaction screenshot is not a receipt or proof of cleared funds.
Verification
Client references are pending until authorised finance staff independently reconcile the exact credited SBI transaction, amount, date and beneficiary. Overpayments, duplicate credits, failed attempts and partial payments require a recorded resolution before a project starts.
Financial documentation
A pro forma or payment request is not a tax invoice or payment confirmation. For advance payments for services, the Company must issue statutory GST receipt vouchers where required under CGST Act section 31(3)(d) and Rule 50; tax invoices must be issued under the applicable time-of-supply and invoicing rules, and refund vouchers or credit notes used only where lawfully appropriate. Receipt vouchers require a unique financial-year serial and prescribed supplier, recipient, supply, tax, place-of-supply and authentication details. A pro forma is neither a statutory receipt voucher nor proof of funds. SAC, GST rate, inter-state classification, e-invoicing applicability and voucher implementation require accountant sign-off before transactional launch.
Later gateways
Razorpay, SBIePay, SBI Collect and BillDesk may be introduced through separate enabled integrations after merchant approval, security review and reconciliation testing. Overseas payments are subject to bank and foreign-exchange documentation.
