Data sources
Client original technical materials reside in client-controlled Google Drive or OneDrive repositories. NPTR maintains references and access records, not a general source-document upload facility.
Deliverable lifetime
Following approved release, available downloads are normally 90 days with an additional 180-day controlled recovery period, subject to SOW terms, legitimate holds and technical availability.
Lawful exceptions
Tax, contracts, payment ledgers, incident records and dispute evidence may require longer prescribed retention, even when other data are deleted.
Deletion and backups
Deletion jobs must cover exact cloud object versions and audited archives under defined schedules. Immediate deletion from every encrypted backup or compulsory record cannot be guaranteed.
