Scope and precedence
An accepted SOW defines work, technical assumptions, data dependencies, deliverables, milestones, acceptance evidence, delivery dates, rights and fees. A signed project-specific agreement takes precedence over general website descriptions.
Full advance payment
Payment of the full agreed contractual price, including applicable tax and any separately approved urgent-start charge, is required before billable work begins. Separately prepaid phases require an expressly signed divisible-phase arrangement.
Standard one-month lead time
The normal commencement date shall not be earlier than one calendar month after confirmed cleared advance funds. The agreed actual start and delivery due dates must be confirmed in writing; a lead time is not a delivery promise.
Urgent commencement
An earlier start is available only if authorised management confirms capacity and the client accepts the exact rush fee and revised dates in writing before payment. No automatic rush surcharge or undisclosed penalty applies.
Project management
Scope changes require signed change orders, revised pricing and advance settlement. Technical outputs follow agreed objective criteria; the Company does not guarantee favourable scientific hypotheses or regulatory, patent or journal outcomes absent an express contractual undertaking.
