Granular consent
Names, descriptions, figures, underlying scientific numbers, patent references, simplified 3D GLB previews and marketing distribution require distinct organisation-owner permissions.
Independent clearance
Approval by the client is not sufficient if the asset contains third-party protected IP, hidden metadata or sensitive geometry; NPT staff must separately review technical and legal suitability.
Withdrawal
Approved materials may be hidden on withdrawal subject to valid laws and prior reliance; short-lived URLs already issued may function until expiry. Private originals never become public simply by creating a preview.
