Client authority
The client must have the right to share requested data, licensed designs, source code, CAD, reports and third-party materials for the stated use and promptly disclose restrictions.
Sharing method
Only restricted Google Drive or OneDrive folder URLs with appropriate staff permissions are accepted for source files. No passwords or unrestricted public folder links should be submitted.
Use and revocation
Personnel may access materials only to fulfil authorised scope and must comply with confidentiality, retention and contractual obligations when access is revoked.
