Independent services
Cloud hosting, verified mail delivery, restricted Drive/OneDrive links, specialised engineering software and future payment gateways have their own security, availability and contractual conditions.
Provider activation
Razorpay code may exist in the product while payment activation is disabled. Other gateways will be activated only after corporate onboarding, sandbox verification, tax/security review and explicit configuration.
Contractual rights
Third-party outages do not automatically remove the Company's express service-delivery and non-delivery obligations or customers' mandatory rights.
